What you will do

• Define and execute the APAC Retail Applications roadmap in alignment with global technology strategy and regional business priorities.
• Partner with APAC business leaders, global technology teams, brand stakeholders, and external partners to prioritize investments and develop scalable solutions.
• Represent APAC requirements in global technology planning and decision-making.
• Own the lifecycle of store-facing application technologies, driving modernization, scalability, compliance, service stability, and capability improvements.
• Lead major retail technology transformation initiatives across APAC.
• Drive operational excellence for APAC retail applications.

Requirements

• Experience leading retail and store-facing application strategy, delivery, support, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to align regional technology capabilities with business growth, operational excellence, customer experience, and market needs.
• Experience managing application portfolios, modernization, scalability, compliance, and service stability.
• Strategic agility, customer focus, creativity, stakeholder relationship management, and ability to work through ambiguity.
• Experience developing direct reports and building effective teams.
