What you will do

• Own IT support, governance, lifecycle management, and operational standards for data- and automation-enabled business systems.
• Lead database modernization, including upgrades, re-architecture, performance optimization, security, and audit-readiness activities.
• Manage enterprise automation capabilities covering workflow automation, RPA, Power Platform, and intelligent automation.
• Lead the APAC citizen developer program and establish guardrails for secure, compliant, and supportable solutions.
• Govern integrations between automation solutions, ERP systems, data platforms, and infrastructure.
• Apply GitHub Enterprise governance, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines to data engineering and automation work.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on Azure experience supporting automation, data workloads, and business systems.
• Enterprise experience with GitHub Enterprise, repository governance, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio or equivalent tools, and enterprise RPA platforms such as UiPath.
• Experience with SQL Server administration, data engineering, cloud and hybrid operations, environment segregation, and ERP or core enterprise integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience in large, global, or federated IT organizations.
• Exposure to Databricks, enterprise data hubs, or other data platform modernization initiatives.
• ITIL, cloud, or architecture-related certifications.
