What you will do

• Lead and manage personnel, worked hours, and overtime within established targets.
• Oversee shift and individual performance, including evaluations and promotion discussions.
• Drive waste reduction initiatives and assist in 8D reporting and waste meetings.
• Enforce a zero-accident safety mentality, eliminating unsafe conditions and behaviors.
• Manage newcomer training, recertification, and production/safety audits.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all procedures, working instructions, and layered process audits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience in production, quality, engineering or related fields.
• 2 to 3 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within a Union environment.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean, TPM, or Zero Loss Concept.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills (Servant Leader).
• Pro-active mindset with the ability to drive change.
