Compensation Analyst (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Support the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs in line with business priorities.
• Prepare analysis for gender pay gap reporting across EMEA and APAC.
• Support preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive and pay parity audits.
• Analyse compliance with country-specific pay and remuneration laws.
• Manage job family architecture, job levels, documentation, and gap assessments.
• Manage compensation data audits in Workday and facilitate annual compensation review processes with HR and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Progressive compensation experience, preferably in financial services or a large corporate environment.
• Strong experience analysing complex data, with applied analytical and mathematical skills.
• Understanding of regulatory compensation practices across the UK and EMEA.
• Knowledge of total compensation, including base pay and variable pay programs.
• Project management, stakeholder coordination, prioritisation, and delivery skills.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation data.
