Lead Java Fullstack Developer

Location: Bengaluru, India; hybrid work with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Define and execute the modernization plan for the next-generation fraud platform.
• Lead hands-on cloud development and platform engineering practices for global fraud point solutions.
• Partner with architecture, development, platform engineering, product management, and point-solution teams on product and technical alignment.
• Design and implement scalable, cloud-native SaaS solutions, APIs, and high-availability, low-latency architectures.
• Develop resourcing plans involving internal teams and third-party consulting services where needed.
• Lead, motivate, and develop platform engineering team members through regular feedback and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in service-oriented solution delivery.
• Previous success in senior technical roles supporting engineering and architecture teams.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure and with DevOps tools and technologies.
• Experience in systems design, implementation, and engineering leadership for SaaS products and services.
• Experience with API design and implementation, NoSQL data stores, and messaging systems.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies, matrixed organizations, cross-functional collaboration, and managing multiple projects and deadlines.
