What you will do
- Design and execute quality audit frameworks for professional training programs.
- Conduct technical interviews covering Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular, and database technologies.
- Create quizzes and coding challenges to assess understanding and practical application.
- Review full-stack projects for functionality, performance, code quality, and design.
- Provide actionable feedback and document assessment outcomes, interview insights, and performance trends.
- Collaborate with trainers and cross-functional teams to improve training outcomes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Java full-stack development, technical training, or comparable technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and backend architecture.
- Experience with React or Angular, data structures, algorithms, and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP, plus CI/CD, Docker or Kubernetes, and Git/GitHub workflows.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication, and coaching abilities.
