What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver web-based applications and robust Java backend services.
• Build and ship new features and enhancements in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to implement product requirements.
• Mentor team members on web development, backend design, and system architecture.
• Evaluate and improve architecture, performance, scalability, security, and user experience.
• Research emerging technologies and contribute to their adoption across products.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Java backend development.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with distributed event streaming platforms such as Kafka.
• Working knowledge of Elasticsearch, Redis, and Oracle databases.
• Solid understanding of data structures, distributed systems, object-oriented design principles, SOLID, and DRY.
