Med Tech - PC - PA Certification Required - PT EOW 3-11 PM & 11-7 AM Shift

Location: 1091 Horsham Rd, North Wales, PA 19454, USA; onsite, full-time position.

Hourly pay: $21.00.

What you will do

• Administer and supervise self-administered medications and treatments according to MAR, TAR, regulations, and internal guidelines.
• Receive, verify, order, store, inspect, and discontinue medications; count narcotics and report discrepancies.
• Provide personal care, activities of daily living support, and general nursing care, including vital signs, temperatures, blood pressure, and weights.
• Maintain daily logs, medical charts, admission and readmission records, and complete records within required timelines.
• Respond to resident needs, answer calls, communicate concerns to supervisors, and participate in staff training.
• Clean and restock medication carts daily and perform weekly deep cleaning.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least one month of experience; senior living experience is preferred.
• Current Medication Technician certification as required by Pennsylvania state regulations.
• English proficiency required for job duties, workplace communication, and emergency situations.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and teamwork skills, with a passion for helping seniors.
