Field Service Technician I - Auburn, WA (Medical Devices)

Location: Auburn, Washington, United States; onsite field service with hospital, service-center, depot, and customer-account visits

Salary: $51,200–$70,400 per year

What you will do

• Clean, disinfect, inspect, and prepare rental and customer-owned medical products for patient use.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and malfunctioning components.
• Use appropriate tools to perform adjustments, repairs, and operational function checks.
• Provide on-call delivery, removal, and service support up to 24/7, including weekends and holidays.
• Load, unload, and remove medical products weighing up to 1,680 pounds.
• Operate cargo vans, box trucks, and company vehicles safely while providing direct customer service.

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment and work in environments where biohazards may be present.

Nice to have

• Technical or trade school training.
• DOT physical card; assistance is provided.
• Experience with FDA-regulated products.
• Customer service experience.
