QTL- Crew 1 UP (HVAC)

What you will do

• Train team members to assemble and install HVAC sub-assembly components accurately and efficiently.
• Verify unit assembly, installation, wiring, brazing, voltage, charging procedures, and compliance with quality standards.
• Serve as the primary contact for production-line issues and provide problem-solving and backup support.
• Schedule production time, monitor productivity, maintain unit schedules, and confirm required parts are available.
• Print and verify work-order packets and approve sub-assembly and end-of-line paperwork.
• Inspect blueprints and assembly drawings, perform minor repairs and adjustments, and enforce safety and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
• Ability to assess work accuracy and quality, including color detection.
• Leadership, motivation, communication, teamwork, flexibility, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand for most of the workday, handle objects weighing 25–50 pounds, operate tools and heavy equipment, climb ladders and stairs, and work in tight spaces and varying temperatures.
