Consultant, Regulatory Risk and Oversight (Finance): Coordinating regulatory change events across APAC legal entities, business units, products, services, processes, and operations with an accent on impact assessments, implementation planning, governance, and audit-ready documentation. Focus on tracking remediation activities, managing dependencies and risks, coordinating stakeholders, and producing clear status reporting for regulatory oversight.

What you will do
- Project-manage assigned regulatory change events across the regulatory change lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain delivery plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and stakeholder responsibilities.
- Coordinate regulatory applicability, interpretation, scoping, impact, and gap assessments with subject matter experts and impacted stakeholders.
- Track implementation, remediation, and operational readiness activities, escalating delays, risks, issues, and unresolved dependencies.
- Coordinate governance forums by preparing meeting materials, maintaining agendas and action logs, and documenting decisions.
- Maintain regulatory change records, audit trails, supporting evidence, management information, and status reporting.
Requirements
- Experience coordinating regulatory risk management, regulatory change, project delivery, or governance activities.
- Ability to organize assessments, implementation requirements, accountable owners, target dates, dependencies, and evidence.
- Ability to coordinate with business, functional, legal-entity, Regulatory Oversight, Regulatory Delivery, and BAU stakeholders.
- Ability to support internal audits, regulatory enquiries, assurance activities, and accurate recordkeeping.
- Availability to work full time onsite in Manila, Philippines.
