Audit Supervisor

What you will do

• Lead or support financial, operational, and compliance audits in the Asia Pacific region.
• Assist with risk assessments and audit planning.
• Evaluate internal controls and compliance with corporate and local regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Identify audit issues and root causes, then recommend practical improvements to controls and business processes.
• Prepare audit work papers, findings, and reports, and present conclusions to business management.
• Track management action plans and provide risk and control advice to regional and local leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business, or an equivalent field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in audit or internal controls, preferably in a corporate or Big Four accounting environment.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to understand company policies, process risks, and controls.
• Willingness to travel as required, with safety as the first priority.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA.
• Experience with SAP ERP.
