CAD Manager - Bridge

Location: Manila, Philippines — 102 H.V. Dela Costa Street; onsite, full time

What you will do

• Prepare 2D and 3D bridge layout models, references, and contract document sheets.
• Supervise structural and civil bridge plan development, including layouts, foundations, concrete and steel details, cross sections, reinforcing details, utilities, and exhibits.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews of red-line changes to contract drawings.
• Interpret existing plans, sketches, redlines, and visualizations to create detailed bridge plans.
• Lead team meetings, set delivery strategies, and manage team performance, mentoring, feedback, and skills development.
• Maintain project files and archives, document as-built revisions, perform quantity calculations, and follow client CAD standards and file-storage policies.

Requirements

• 20–25+ years of relevant civil or structural drafting experience.
• Experience managing a team of designers.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MicroStation for bridge structural and civil plan production.
• Extensive familiarity with DPWH bridge detailing procedures, design manuals, codes, agency standards, and procedures.
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office, Acrobat or Bluebeam, and engineering production software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, prioritization, and self-management skills.

Nice to have

• Technical degree in engineering technology from an accredited technical institution.
• BIM and 3D modeling experience.
