3D Landscape Designer

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; AU/NZ business hours, Monday to Friday, 6:00AM–3:00PM.

Salary: PHP65,000–PHP100,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Develop creative and technically accurate landscape designs for projects across Australia and New Zealand.
• Produce 3D visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials for client submissions and design reviews.
• Prepare concept plans, landscape documentation, planting layouts, and detailed design deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, engineers, and other multidisciplinary project teams.
• Revise drawings and visualizations based on feedback while maintaining project timelines and organized documentation.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian and New Zealand planning requirements, standards, and industry practices.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in landscape design, architectural visualization, or a similar design-focused role.
• Portfolio required, showcasing high-quality 3D renderings and visualization work.
• Proficiency with relevant tools including Lumion, Enscape, Twinmotion, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, D5 Render, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong knowledge of landscape design principles, site planning, grading, planting design, and presentation-quality visualization.
• Experience collaborating with architects, planners, engineers, and other design consultants.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, visual communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Experience with golf courses, resorts, public parks, master-planned communities, or other large-scale landscape projects.
• Familiarity with Australian or New Zealand planning processes, landscape standards, or the New Zealand Building Code.
