Building Surveyor

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; Monday to Friday, AU/NZ business hours, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Philippines Time.

Salary: PHP 60,000–70,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Review architectural and construction drawings for compliance with the NCC, Australian Standards, and relevant building regulations.
• Prepare documentation for building approvals, permits, and certification processes.
• Assist with compliance reports and technical assessments for residential and commercial projects.
• Maintain accurate project records and compliance documentation.
• Liaise with architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate project progress.
• Identify non-compliance issues, support corrective actions, and improve compliance documentation standards.

Requirements

• Experience in building surveying, compliance, architecture, drafting, or construction documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards, and building approval processes is mandatory.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, written communication, and report-writing abilities.
• Experience with Australian residential or commercial projects.
• Ability to work independently in a remote offshore setup; a portfolio is required.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
