2027 Summer Intern - Compliance Analyst (Investment Compliance)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; internship positions are located at hirify.global's Dublin office

What you will do

• Interpret regulations and monitor trades for more than 4,000 public funds and separate accounts.
• Confirm that investment and strategic objectives align with client guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve compliance inquiries, conduct scenario analysis, and contribute to AI-based initiatives.
• Participate in technology testing and collaborate with departments across the firm.
• Complete a focused project involving detailed analysis, proposal development, presentation, and implementation of meaningful change.

Requirements

• Undergraduate student graduating between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Available for full-time employment at a hirify.global office between January 2028 and August 2028.
• On track to achieve a minimum 2.1 degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• Business-proficient English required.
• Interest in financial markets, macroeconomics, investment finance, or legal and compliance.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and MS Excel skills; curiosity about emerging technologies and AI tools.

Nice to have

• Business proficiency in German.
