Strategy Analyst (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Support senior leadership in developing and executing corporate strategies.
• Assist with M&A ideation, analysis, execution, and closure.
• Support capital raise transactions and other special situations.
• Conduct market analysis and support legislative strategy.
• Assist with the formation and management of international entities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally on operational and strategic matters while independently executing deliverables.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, conditional residency, asylee or refugee status, or eligibility to obtain required U.S. Department of State authorizations.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, entrepreneurship, engineering, business, or mathematics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to analyze, present, and communicate data clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple complex workstreams, shifting priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, written and verbal communication, and independent execution skills.

• MBA degree.
