What you will do

• Act as the primary Finance liaison for consumer growth, owning budgeting and demand forecasts.
• Drive cross-functional roadmaps with Product, Software Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.
• Analyze financial impacts of growth experiments to prioritize business initiatives.
• Develop and execute strategic growth programs to maximize customer acquisition.
• Improve reporting and planning processes to enable faster decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1+ years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, or business operations.
• 1+ years of experience with Excel and SQL for reporting.
• Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency).
• Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or GTM planning.
• Experience in early-stage startups with lean teams.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
• Industry experience in telecom, automotive, or maritime sectors.
