What you will do

• Develop and maintain advanced data analysis tools, interactive dashboards, and tracking systems for operational performance across Starlink Aviation functions.
• Analyze data to identify challenges and opportunities, determine root causes, and create data-backed solutions for mitigation and improvement.
• Transform complex data into insightful narratives using Excel, dashboards, and PowerPoint for business leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-departmental teams (commercial, engineering, production, supply chain) to gather data and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership on projects, resource allocation, and sustainability of solutions based on insights.
• Manage analytical projects to tight timelines, codify best practices, and deliver outcomes across disciplines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, economics, or STEM field.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, operations, or similar analytical role.
• Extremely proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros), data analysis, interactive dashboards, and PowerPoint.
• Proven ability to build narratives from complex data to drive decisions.
• Must meet ITAR: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
• Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
