Salary: $85,000–$120,000 / year (Level I/II, depending on experience).

What you will do
- Develop and maintain advanced data analysis tools, interactive dashboards, and tracking systems for operational performance across Starlink Aviation functions.
- Analyze data to identify challenges and opportunities, determine root causes, and create data-backed solutions for mitigation and improvement.
- Transform complex data into insightful narratives using Excel, dashboards, and PowerPoint for business leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-departmental teams (commercial, engineering, production, supply chain) to gather data and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on projects, resource allocation, and sustainability of solutions based on insights.
- Manage analytical projects to tight timelines, codify best practices, and deliver outcomes across disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, mathematics, economics, or STEM field.
- 3+ years in strategy consulting, investment banking, operations, or similar analytical role.
- Extremely proficient in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VBA/macros), data analysis, interactive dashboards, and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to build narratives from complex data to drive decisions.
- Must meet ITAR: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
- Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
