Procurement Analyst (6 Month FTC)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid, with in-person work at an assigned hirify.global office a minimum of two days per week

What you will do

• Support end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing and supplier engagement.
• Assist with procurement administration, documentation, and coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support procurement activities and ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to supplier management and ongoing procurement operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in procurement administration or procurement support.
• Experience with procurement systems, ideally Coupa.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proactive, results-driven approach and willingness to take ownership.

• Exposure to the full sourcing and procurement lifecycle.
