Global Sourcing Manager (Logistics)

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK (3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Own the strategy, sourcing, and performance of last mile, air, sea, warehousing, and automation categories.
• Build cost models, benchmark rates, and identify savings across delivery and fulfilment solutions.
• Develop and manage SLAs, KPIs, and QBRs for courier, freight, and warehousing partners.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Tech, and Sustainability teams to align logistics solutions with business priorities.
• Track global market trends and scout emerging technologies to inform category strategies.
• Present commercial recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK.
• Strong experience in category management, specifically courier/last mile, with exposure to air, sea, or warehousing.
• Proven commercial strength in negotiation, cost modelling, and contract optimisation.
• Data fluency with experience using dashboards and financial models to inform decision-making.
• Ability to build strong, accountable relationships with global logistics partners.
• Must be able to work from the London office at least 3 days per week.
• CIPS certification or equivalent relevant experience.
