Supply Planning Analyst (12 Month FTC)

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders, vendor contracts, material supply, production commitments, and supplier delivery performance.
• Maintain material and production critical paths, track milestones, and ensure delivery timelines are achieved.
• Monitor fabric, trim, mill capacity, production status, greige commitments, and material allocation plans.
• Build supplier relationships and lead regular production and material progress reviews.
• Maintain planning systems, reporting tools, and production trackers while providing stakeholders with clear status updates.
• Analyse production and supply chain data, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and support on-time shipment with freight forwarders and logistics teams.

Requirements

• Experience in production, supply chain, materials planning, sourcing, merchandising, or manufacturing.
• Advanced Excel skills, including reporting, Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience working with suppliers and managing production or material-related activities.
• Strong analytical, organisational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience reporting and measuring production or supply chain performance metrics.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of fabric and trim manufacturing processes.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or supply chain planning systems such as NetSuite or SAP.
• Experience with Power BI or other reporting and visualisation tools.
• Exposure to vendor capacity planning and supplier performance management.
• Degree in business, supply chain, data analytics, or a related discipline; CIPS qualification or progress toward one.
