Private Market and Performance Consultant

What you will do

• Support existing clients by overseeing investment reporting, analytics, service delivery, and SLA-aligned deliverables.
• Provide expertise in private markets analytics, including DPI, TVPI, IRR, TWR, PME, benchmarking, attribution, and accounting.
• Analyze private market administration processes such as capital calls, distributions, and underlying investment data capture.
• Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Product, and technology teams on client solutions, demonstrations, presentations, and automation.
• Participate in client discovery and onboarding, including project planning, expectation setting, and ongoing client communication.
• Contribute to business development across EMEA and support the development of new performance analytics products.

Requirements

• Experience articulating end-to-end technology, administration, data, and reporting capabilities for investment portfolios.
• Strong client consulting, presentation, and recommendation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, modelling, and add-ins.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations and client delivery.
• Ability to mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across the APAC support model.
• Must already have the right to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI and Alteryx for data transformation, analysis, and visualisation.
