What you will do

• Support operations-related projects that improve communications, reporting, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a central operational liaison for reporting processes and client inquiries.
• Work cross-functionally to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
• Use modern tools and technology to improve client experience, mitigate risk, and build efficiency.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to accurate, timely, and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum 2:1 from an accredited university.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Strong interest in operations, financial markets, macroeconomics, and investment finance.
• Strong organizational, presentation, written, verbal communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong Excel skills; some programming experience is expected, with SQL and/or Python recommended.

Nice to have

• Finance or capital markets coursework.
• Experience using emerging technologies and AI tools in work or academic projects.
