What you will do

• Evaluate and enhance operational processes and tools for Finance and Pricing Operations.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to enable pricing execution.
• Implement and support the adoption of a modern CPQ sales tool in Europe.
• Analyze pricing and sales performance data to track revenue and margin impacts using Tableau.
• Refine pricing frameworks for new and existing products, including elasticity and discount analysis.
• Maintain pricing governance by documenting core policies and approval procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Exceptional experience in pricing, finance, operations, or analytics roles.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Cork, Ireland.
• Mastery of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables) and proficiency in SQL or Tableau.
• Experience with B2B, Enterprise, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights to executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or SAP Pricing Suite.
• Familiarity with revenue optimization principles and subscription pricing models.
