TL;DR
Sr. Analyst - Europe Finance & Pricing Operations (Finance and Pricing): Supporting data-driven pricing strategies across a B2B product portfolio and implementing a modern CPQ sales tool in Europe with an accent on pricing governance, financial analysis, and operational process improvement. Focus on analyzing price elasticity and discount effectiveness, building Tableau dashboards and KPIs, and improving pricing consistency across regions and segments.
Location: Cork, Ireland; hybrid role based two to three days on site

What you will do
- Enhance finance and pricing operations processes, tools, workflows, and approval procedures.
- Collaborate with regional and global Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support pricing execution.
- Identify opportunities for workflow automation, simplification, and system improvements.
- Analyze pricing and sales performance data to measure revenue and margin impact.
- Build dashboards and KPIs in Tableau or similar tools and present actionable insights to management.
- Refine pricing frameworks, analyze price elasticity and discount effectiveness, and support competitive benchmarking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Finance, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong experience in pricing, finance, operations, or analytics roles.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with SQL or Tableau.
- Ability to combine tactical execution with strategic thinking and communicate complex insights clearly.
- Experience conducting competitor analysis and applying findings to pricing strategies.
Nice to have
- Experience with B2B or enterprise, SaaS, or subscription-based business models.
- Experience with pricing and quoting systems such as Salesforce CPQ or SAP Pricing Suite.
- Knowledge of revenue optimization or subscription pricing models.
