KYC Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Design and optimize KYC workflows with compliance teams across multiple countries, balancing regulatory requirements, user experience, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Design, Development, Risk, and Compliance teams to prioritize and implement KYC process improvements.
• Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents to support clear execution and timely delivery.
• Analyze verification success rates, drop-off points, and other user metrics to improve the KYC experience.
• Conduct user behavior analysis and refine workflows for target markets and operational efficiency.
• Communicate KYC requirements and product changes clearly to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
• Strong understanding of KYC/AML processes and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on product lifecycle management experience, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin required.
