Product Manager / Director, Fiat (Fintech)

Location: Singapore, Singapore; current right to work in Singapore required, with no visa sponsorship

OKX operates a crypto exchange and develops a digital asset wallet and decentralized application platform for retail and institutional users.

What you will do

• Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including gateways, settlement partners, banks, and local PSPs.
• Build and optimize fiat on/off-ramp payment systems for stability, security, and compliance across multiple regions.
• Negotiate, contract, and technically integrate global payment partners.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of fiat on/off-ramp vendors, from requirements analysis through testing and go-live.
• Monitor payment regulations and market trends, and provide strategic insights and risk assessments.
• Analyze payment performance to improve conversion rates, cost efficiency, and user experience while collaborating with Product, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in the payments industry, with knowledge of card schemes, local wallets, bank transfers, and global payment ecosystems.
• Experience integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or cross-border financial institutions.
• Knowledge of payment processing, settlement flows, and AML/KYC compliance frameworks.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient English and current Singapore work authorization without requiring visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience independently sourcing and launching regional payment channels.
• Familiarity with payment markets in Southeast Asia, LATAM, the Middle East, or Africa.
• Experience with Visa, Mastercard, or major local payment networks.
