What you will do

• Lead the expansion and management of global fiat payment channels, including gateways, settlement partners, and local PSPs.
• Build and optimize secure, stable, and compliant on/off-ramp payment systems across multiple regions.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding of fiat vendors, from requirement analysis to technical integration and go-live.
• Drive business negotiations and contracting with international payment partners.
• Monitor global payment regulations and market trends to provide strategic risk assessments.
• Analyze performance data to improve conversion rates and cost efficiency of payment flows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, International Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the payments industry with deep knowledge of card schemes and bank transfers.
• Proven experience integrating fiat on/off-ramp vendors for crypto exchanges or financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of payment processing, settlement flows, and compliance frameworks (AML, KYC).
• Must have current right to work in Singapore without requiring sponsorship.
• Proficiency in English with strong negotiation skills for international partnerships.

Nice to have

• Proven success in independently sourcing and launching regional payment channels.
• Familiarity with payment landscapes in Southeast Asia, LATAM, the Middle East, or Africa.
• Experience working with major local payment networks or global card schemes like Visa and Mastercard.
