What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for seller financing products across multiple markets.
• Build scalable, modular product architecture for embedded credit journeys.
• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and success metrics.
• Lead design and implementation of credit onboarding, KYC, disbursement, and repayment flows.
• Partner with Data Science and Risk teams to design credit decisioning models and monitoring frameworks.
• Identify merchant pain points and design financing solutions to increase liquidity and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant experience as Product Manager in fintech, lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk, especially in SME or merchant financing.
• Strong understanding of credit product mechanics, risk management, and financial modelling.
• Excellent problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced, agile environments.
• Preferred: 3+ years in merchant financing and knowledge of SEA or LATAM lending regulations.
