Merchant Financing Product Manager - Global Payment (Fintech)

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for seller financing products, including cash advances, term loans, and lines of credit, across multiple markets.
• Build scalable, modular product architecture for embedded credit journeys within the e-commerce ecosystem.
• Translate business objectives into detailed product requirements and measurable success metrics.
• Lead the design and implementation of credit onboarding, KYC, disbursement, and repayment flows.
• Partner with Data Science, Risk, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to deliver compliant lending experiences and credit decisioning frameworks.
• Monitor eligibility, approval, drawdown, and repayment metrics to improve completion rates, credit utilization, merchant liquidity, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Relevant Product Manager experience in fintech, lending, e-commerce, banking, or credit risk, particularly in SME or merchant financing.
• Solid understanding of credit product mechanics, risk management, and financial modelling.
• Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced agile environments.

Nice to have

• Three or more years of relevant experience in merchant financing.
• Knowledge of Southeast Asian or Latin American financing and lending regulatory landscapes.
