Maintenance Solutions Consultant (HVAC)

What you will do

• Identify new accounts and prospects in assigned markets, follow up on leads, and maintain an active quote backlog.
• Survey and appraise commercial mechanical and HVAC systems, equipment, drawings, and job conditions.
• Determine repair, modification, and replacement requirements based on customer needs and facility problems.
• Develop technical and cost proposals, estimate project costs, and apply company pricing standards.
• Present solutions, recommend products and facility improvements, and grow customer use of available services.
• Maintain client relationships, address concerns promptly, and follow opportunities through to resolution.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service or a related field.
• Prior mechanical HVAC technical experience, preferably in facilities management or operations and maintenance.
• Strong customer presentation skills and demonstrated sales aptitude.
• Financial acumen, including cost modeling for consulting proposals and experience developing technical and cost proposals.
• Independent decision-making, goal orientation, resilience, and strong communication skills.
• MS Office and Excel skills are required.
