Remote HVAC Sales & Customer Support Manager

Location: Remote for candidates located in Kazakhstan or the CIS; candidates located in the Russian Federation are not considered. Work schedule: 11 AM–8 PM EST, corresponding to 20:00–05:00 in Almaty during summer time and 21:00–06:00 during winter time.

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 per month, net. Starting compensation is $1,200/month, with a possible increase to $1,300/month after approximately 30 days and up to $1,500/month after approximately 90 days.

What you will do

• Handle inbound leads, calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers and explain services, pricing, warranties, and processes.
• Book appointments and guide customers toward scheduling.
• Upsell relevant additional services.
• Coordinate with technicians and the internal team in Russian.
• Maintain CRM and job records and help improve sales scripts and pricing matrices.

Requirements

• Fluent Russian is required.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher is required.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, call centers, scheduling, or a similar role.
• Comfort speaking with US customers by phone.
• Availability to work 11 AM–8 PM EST.
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, a headset, and the ability to work remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience in HVAC or home services.
• Experience with CRM or field service software.
• Experience with phone sales, upselling, follow-ups, or appointment booking.
