What you will do
- Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and other accounting transactions.
- Maintain the general ledger and support balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reporting.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Analyze financial results, trends, risks, opportunities, and variances.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, audits, and financial projects.
- Mentor junior accountants, review team output, coordinate workflows, and lead process improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
- 6+ years of progressive experience in general accounting, financial reporting, or Record-to-Report functions.
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, reconciliations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting internal and external audits.
- Leadership, supervisory, mentoring, or team lead experience.
- Certified Public Accountant qualification is preferred.
