Sr Product Manager, Credit Risk

Location: Bogota, Colombia; hybrid work with at least two days per week in an assigned hirify.global office

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the credit risk product portfolio strategy across Latin America.
• Provide strategic direction for new products, existing product enhancements, and portfolio performance.
• Analyze portfolio data and market conditions to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Manage assigned products and support product development, implementation, and operational effectiveness.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and support Sales in increasing solution adoption.
• Monitor revenue and profitability while aligning regional strategies with international priorities and regulatory updates.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product development and product portfolio management.
• 7+ years of experience in credit risk with expert knowledge of credit industry best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong numerical, analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven capabilities.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
• Fluent written and spoken English required for regional collaboration.
