Assurance Manager - Lending

Location: Dallas, United States; full-time role with up to 25% travel depending on client needs.

Salary: $89,800–$170,500 annually, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Coordinate audits of financial statements, related disclosures, and other client deliverables.
• Assess engagement risk and design, communicate, and monitor audit procedures.
• Manage multiple engagement teams, supervise audit seniors and supervisors, and monitor schedules and productivity.
• Review work products, evaluate performance, and provide coaching and career development support.
• Maintain client relationships, address concerns, identify accounting and auditing matters, and communicate issues to senior managers and partners.
• Manage project profitability, identify performance improvements, and support business growth through client and professional relationships.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Accounting or an equivalent degree.
• CPA or CA certification.
• 5+ years of current or recent experience in public accounting.
• At least 4 years of team lead or in-charge experience overseeing staff across multiple engagements.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring associates.
• Knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB or IFRS regulations.
