Supervisor, Events & Hospitality (Experiential Marketing)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year

Horizon Sports and Experiences provides integrated sports and experiential marketing services, including IP creation, media rights, sponsorship, sales, strategic advisory, and event activation.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of B2B hospitality and consumer event programs across Formula 1, golf, and tennis.
• Serve as the day-to-day communications lead for clients, inter-agency teams, partners, and vendors.
• Develop execution plans, manage timelines and budgets, oversee logistics, and coordinate accommodations, transportation, dining, gifting, staffing, and measurement.
• Manage vendors, client-facing materials, financial processes, and budget reconciliation.
• Develop strategic program enhancements, industry insights, client presentations, and new business opportunities.
• Manage direct reports through goal setting, performance feedback, training, and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6+ years of event marketing experience at an agency, team, league, or brand.
• Advanced understanding of hospitality programs and consumer event planning.
• Experience managing and training junior team members, including at least two direct reports.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, writing, presentation, stakeholder management, and budget management skills.
• High proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; availability to work nights, weekends, and travel for client programs or events.
