Base pay: $127,313–$167,099 USD per year, plus potential performance-based bonus and/or equity.

What you will do

• Design, execute, and optimize upstream production processes for lentiviral vectors.
• Develop seed train strategies and mammalian cell culture processes using HEK293 and HEK293T cells.
• Perform large-scale transient transfection and support bioreactor scale-up.
• Deliver high-quality, high-titer vector products for lentiviral vector generation and advanced cell therapy programs.
• Develop robust, scalable, and phase-appropriate processes for GMP manufacturing while supporting project timelines.

Requirements

• Technical expertise in upstream processing for lentiviral vector production.
• Experience with mammalian cell culture, HEK293/HEK293T cells, transient transfection, and bioreactor scale-up.
• Strong analytical and hands-on technical skills.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

• A master's degree or MBA is listed for the position.
