  • Strong understanding of downstream processing and unit operations, including chromatography, clarification, filtration, ultrafiltration/diafiltration, sterile filtration, and process analytical methods.
  • Hands-on experience with ELISA, HPLC, SEC-MALS, SDS-PAGE, protein concentration assays, impurity assays, or related product quality and process performance analytics.
  • Ability to independently design and execute experiments, troubleshoot significant technical issues, interpret complex data, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Ability to work safely in a laboratory, handle chemicals and biological materials, use laboratory equipment, and lift or move materials up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced R&D environment, including occasional extended hours to meet project timelines.
