Production Supervisor (Data Center)

Location: Longview, Texas, United States; onsite full-time work in manufacturing facilities

hirify.global is hiring for a production operations supervision role supporting data center manufacturing.

What you will do

• Coordinate and direct daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Analyze production documents, determine requirements, and plan work schedules.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate operations between departments.
• Maintain accurate records covering employee time, production, and costs, and prepare shift-performance reports.
• Implement measures to motivate employees and improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
• Request materials, supplies, equipment parts, and repair services as needed while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; additional education is advantageous.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of industry experience or equivalent experience in a similar industry.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to quality detail, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Ability to build a successful team and foster an environment of trust and cooperation.
• Ability to work in manufacturing facilities with exposure to extreme temperatures, loud noise, dust, chemical fumes, sharp metal objects, and heavy forklift traffic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform climbing, stooping, walking, and prolonged sitting during working hours.

• RCRA, DOT, HVAC, or 608 Universal Refrigerant certification, depending on the assigned area.
