Director, Business Strategy (Digital Enablement & Low-Voltage Strategy)

Location: Always AR Bentonville Home Office, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Annual salary: $110,000–$220,000, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

hirify.global is part of Walmart, a large retail organization whose Digital Enablement & Low-Voltage Systems team develops connected equipment, IoT solutions, and low-voltage technologies for Walmart facilities.

What you will do

• Develop and communicate organizational vision and strategic execution plans using industry and market analysis.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, strategic prioritization, and process improvements.
• Oversee change management and guide initiatives from pilot through full rollout.
• Analyze business objectives, costs, forecasts, resource allocation, and outcomes.
• Build partnerships and engage senior stakeholders to support business goals.
• Coach and mentor talent while supporting succession planning, integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or a related field plus 6 years of experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or a related area; or 8 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience developing and executing business strategies based on organizational vision and market analysis.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing change initiatives, and overseeing multiple strategic projects.
• Proficiency in program and project management, readiness assessment, stakeholder communication, cost forecasting, and outcome measurement.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a cross-functional team.
• Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or Transportation.
