Specialist, Payroll - Vantagen (ADP)

Salary: $21.50–$41.00 per hour

What you will do

• Review and process client payrolls, update employee records, and calculate bonuses and severance.
• Verify federal and state tax calculations, reconcile payroll deposits and withholdings, and manage wage garnishments.
• Prepare reports covering employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and employer contributions.
• Consult with clients on payroll matters, provide ADP software support, and maintain confidential employee data.
• Manage new client implementation projects, gather payroll requirements, and train clients on payroll processes.
• Support less experienced colleagues and share payroll, software, and process knowledge.

Requirements

• Two-year degree preferred, or two years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with ADP software platforms is desirable.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work accurately in a deadline-driven environment while serving multiple clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
