Senior Global Data Center Sales Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote only; associated locations are Bothell, Washington; Bloomingdale, Illinois; New Holland, Pennsylvania; Fuquay-Varina, North Carolina; and St. Petersburg, Florida. Approximately 50% international travel is required, and a valid passport is necessary.

Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year, depending on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

What you will do

• Generate global end-user demand and grow revenue across named strategic accounts.
• Ensure hirify.global products are specified by part number or name in project specifications, materials lists, and drawings.
• Manage sales pipelines and track account progress using CRM software.
• Build relationships with end users, consultants, engineering firms, design-build contractors, and specifying organizations.
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, sales proposals, and end-user scope-of-work documentation.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, product development, and internal business units to deliver complete data center solutions and resolve sales issues.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in the structured cabling industry.
• At least 5 years of experience working with global end-user accounts.
• At least 3 years of experience in artificial intelligence data center cabling design.
• Expertise with both copper and optical fiber systems and enterprise data center cabling infrastructure.
• BICSI RCDD certification is required.
• Strong consultative technical sales, communication, relationship-building, problem-solving, strategic planning, and mentoring skills; a related technical bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
