System Administrator (AWS/Azure)

Location: Cleveland, OH, United States; on-site infrastructure and equipment work required

Base pay range: $82,000–$90,000 per year. Total compensation may also include commission, bonus, or profit sharing.

What you will do

• Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO, and enterprise applications.
• Maintain AWS and Microsoft Azure resources, VMware vSphere environments, virtual machines, and infrastructure monitoring.
• Install, configure, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers and operating systems.
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Citrix or equivalent environments, and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.
• Support Kubernetes clusters and containerized workloads across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Manage vulnerabilities, backups, recovery, disaster recovery, incidents, documentation, vendor escalation, uptime metrics, and infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft operating systems and applications, including Windows Server 2016–2025.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux operating systems and applications, including Red Hat 7/8 and SUSE 15/16.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting Citrix or an equivalent product.
• Experience with backup software in an environment with 800+ servers and with operating-system-level network services.
• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, meet challenging deadlines, participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call schedule, install or move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and travel less than 10% as needed.
