Data Operations & Analytics Fall Co-op (Supply Chain Analytics)

Location: Hybrid role located in Somerset, New Jersey and/or Titusville, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $23.00–$51.00 per hour

What you will do

• Collect, validate, manage, and maintain data across customer service, channel operations, order management, and distribution processes.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and process improvement opportunities.
• Support daily U.S. order management operations with data insights and process assistance.
• Respond to ad hoc analytics requests and ensure timely, accurate data delivery.
• Document data workflows, maintain data integrity standards, and contribute to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, digital tools, and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and knowledge of basic data analysis or visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to learn new systems, data methodologies, and process improvement techniques in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to SQL or Python.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Coursework or projects in data analytics or supply chain management.
