Fund Services Plus Manager (Real Estate)

Salary: $119,100–$239,300 per year, plus eligibility for a discretionary performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage fund administration engagements, with a strong focus on private equity and real estate clients.
• Oversee capital calls, distributions, wires and cash management, quarterly reporting, year-end reporting, fee calculations, deal funding, and investor funding.
• Manage, train, and develop the Fund Services Plus team across fund accounting, operations, and reporting deliverables.
• Coordinate activities with offshore affiliates, internal and external auditors, Legal, and Compliance.
• Review work paper supporting schedules, waterfall data, carried interest calculations, and financial statement deliverables.
• Support client onboarding, quality control, technology implementation, and initiatives to streamline fund accounting functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of fund accounting experience at a Big Four or national accounting firm in private equity and/or real estate.
• Ability to interpret and apply financial and operational terms in Limited Partnership Agreements for private equity funds.
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and fund accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and influencing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and professional integrity.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree, CPA, and/or CA qualification.
• Yardi experience.
• MRI experience.
