Licensed Relationship Manager in Development

Location: Pittsburgh market, Pittsburgh, PA; onsite branch banking role

What you will do

• Assess customer financial needs, accounts, transactions, and behaviors to provide personalized recommendations.
• Open accounts and connect customers with relevant Northwest products, services, and financial experts.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive conversations, follow-up, and ongoing support.
• Meet or exceed targets for customer satisfaction, product sales, and financial wellness conversations.
• Maintain operational soundness, branch security, dual-control processes, and accurate daily branch activities.
• Complete the Licensed Relationship Manager Development program and pass the required licensing exams if not fully licensed at hire.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of banking and/or retail experience preferred.
• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly, actively listen, make sound decisions, and solve problems collaboratively.
• Ability to comply with bank policies, federal and state regulations, confidentiality requirements, and security procedures.
• Must work within the Pittsburgh market and use onsite branch equipment.
