Salary: $88,800–$133,200 annually

What you will do

• Develop and maintain client relationships and align project delivery with client needs.
• Manage multiple technical assignments and lead project teams.
• Deliver planning studies, designs, program management, procurement and bid assistance, and design services for water and wastewater systems.
• Support business development pursuits, prepare proposals, and build new client relationships.
• Deliver projects within schedule and budget constraints while supporting team growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Virginia required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in water and/or wastewater treatment and climate or flood resiliency.
• Experience managing technical assignments and leading project teams.
