ES Field Project Manager

Location: Albuquerque, NM, USA; onsite field work at client sites and facilities

What you will do

• Manage field service projects across contract management, supervision, quality control, accounting, health and safety, and resource planning.
• Prepare proposals, review contracts and negotiated changes, develop scopes of work, and coordinate proposal activities with sales and proposal specialists.
• Create safety plans, characterize and profile waste, prepare shipping and project documentation, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Track purchase orders, project costs, revenue, budgets, invoices, change orders, and customer payments.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, equipment maintenance, daily activity, and completion of project requirements.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, customers, and field service leads to deliver safe, compliant, and profitable projects.

Requirements

• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in waste disposal, environmental site investigations, chemistry, or a related field.
• At least two years of field-related or environmental site investigation experience.
• Knowledge of RCRA, DOT, TSCA, and other environmental waste regulations.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices, industrial hygiene, and industrial, construction, or environmental remediation work.
• Strong communication, customer service, analytical, organizational, financial management, and planning skills.
• Valid driver’s license; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and some customer contracts may require a degree in Geology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
