Facilities Lead

What you will do

• Inspect sites daily, identify technical and facilities issues, and coordinate timely repairs.
• Oversee third-party maintenance, cleaning, security, health and safety, and building-management vendors.
• Manage supplies and inventory, waste sorting, access cards, and contractor compliance.
• Request and compare quotes, raise purchase orders, monitor OPEX spending, and verify invoices against completed work.
• Prepare offices for move-ins and coordinate operational setups for community and external events.
• Support member experience by resolving tickets, conducting preventive walkthroughs, and coordinating with Community, Sales, members, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Architecture.
• At least 2 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, or a related industry.
• Experience working with multiple vendor partners and across different staffing levels.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Intermediate to advanced fluent English and availability for on-site work are required.
