Director, Business Solutions (Marketing)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work setup

Salary: $140,000–$165,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the Business Solutions team in translating client goals into strategic, performance-focused media plans.
• Collaborate with the VP, activation teams, media partners, creative agencies, and other internal groups on integrated marketing solutions.
• Oversee campaign reporting, data accuracy, attribution analysis, ROI evaluation, and client-facing recommendations.
• Develop strategic frameworks for quarterly plans and ensure alignment across channels, teams, processes, and deliverables.
• Build trusted relationships with senior-level clients, manage expectations, and serve as the primary strategic voice in meetings.
• Coach team members, support professional development, conduct junior staff performance reviews, and participate in staffing and interviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in media planning and strategy.
• Thorough understanding of advanced analytics and performance media.
• Strong team leadership and people management experience, including developing media professionals.
• Experience in client relationship management and presenting ideas to internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong writing, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and media research and reporting resources.
