Salary: $124,000–$161,000 Annual

What you will do

• Lead large molecule project teams internally and in collaboration with CDMO/external partners.
• Guide biologics programs from Research through Technical Operations, regulatory submission, and launch.
• Integrate workstreams across Drug Substance, Drug Product, Analytical Development, Quality, and Regulatory.
• Drive structured frameworks for tech transfer, process characterization/validation, and comparability studies.
• Identify and mitigate biologics-specific risks, including cell line stability and viral safety.
• Manage project planning, milestone tracking, budget planning, and resource forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5 years of project management experience in large molecule/biologics development.
• Working knowledge of upstream/downstream processing and drug product/fill-finish.
• Strong people and team leadership skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office in a hybrid capacity.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience with mAbs, recombinant proteins, or cell/gene therapy.
