Senior Manager, Operations

Location: Onsite at 802 Respect Dr, Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Direct project workstreams and manage timelines, resources, and implementation of operational initiatives.
• Analyze data and business trends to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and improve processes that increase efficiency, reduce costs, labor, wait times, and defects.
• Manage budgets, approve expenditures, and create contingency plans for escalated issues.
• Lead the development of operational tools and reporting mechanisms.
• Coach and develop team members while driving continuous improvement and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or a related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience without the degree.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Extensive experience in operations and project management, including complex initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, budgeting, and prioritization skills.
• Experience implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Commitment to integrity, compliance, ethical conduct, and company policies.

Nice to have

• Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects.
• Master’s degree in Operations Management.
• Project Management Professional certification.
